This policy explains how EZYMAT SDN BHD collects, uses and protects your personal data when you order custom car mats from us or contact us through this website.

We collect the information you give us when you place an order or get in touch: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address; the vehicle details you select (make, model, year and body shape) together with your configuration choices; payment references returned by our payment providers; and the content of any contact form message or WhatsApp correspondence with our sales team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use it to produce and deliver your order, to arrange shipping, to answer enquiries and provide after-sales support, to keep records required for accounting and tax, and to improve our products and fitment data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order, with providers who are bound by confidentiality obligations:

• Payment processing — Stripe and Xendit. Card details are entered on their systems and are never stored by EZYMAT.
• Delivery — GDEX and other appointed couriers, who receive your name, address and phone number.
• Hosting and email — our web hosting and mail providers, who process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

4. Your Rights (PDPA Malaysia)

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or withdraw your consent to our processing it. Some requests may be limited by our legal and contractual obligations — for example, we must keep order and tax records even after a withdrawal request.
