1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms apply when you buy from EZYMAT SDN BHD through ezymat.com or through our sales team. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

2. Products & Vehicle Fitment

EZYMAT supplies car mats made to order for the vehicle you specify. Each set is cut to the template we hold for that make, model, year and body shape, which means the fit depends on the vehicle details you give us being correct.

Please check your selection before paying. If a set does not fit because the vehicle details supplied were wrong, that is not covered by our returns process — see the Refund Policy. If a set does not fit because of an error on our side, we will put it right.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront you are browsing (MYR, SGD or AED) and include any options you add during configuration. Payment is taken through Stripe or Xendit, or by bank transfer where we offer it.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or — for manual and WhatsApp orders paid by transfer — once our team has verified the transfer receipt. We may decline or cancel an order before production begins, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

4. Production Lead Time & Delivery

Because every set is cut to order, there is a production period before dispatch. The estimated lead time and any shipping fee are shown at checkout or confirmed by your sales representative. Delivery timings quoted by us or by the courier are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are handed to the courier. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us straight away so we can raise it with the courier — see the Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, EZYMAT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
