Fish, vegetables and a bag of ice that leaks on the way home. No more cardboard or old newspaper on the floor: the raised edge holds it, the top layer lifts out and rinses under the hose.
Mud, sand and small stones stay on the mat instead of grinding into your carpet. Shake, rinse, done.

EZYMAT SDN BHD cuts, assembles and finishes every set at Eco Business Park V in Bandar Puncak Alam. We make everything ourselves: nothing is bought in from another supplier or drop-shipped from overseas. That is why we can make a template for a car we don’t stock yet, and why a fit problem gets fixed rather than argued about.

Before You Order
Fitment, price, cleaning and what happens when the rainy season does its worst.
We 3D laser-scan the actual car at 1:1 and cut every set from the template that scan produces for that specific make, model and year, rather than trimming a universal blank. Select your car on the product page and whichever pattern you choose is cut from the template for that car. We hold templates for 330 models across 44 brands, and if your car is not listed we can scan it and take a new template from it.
Sets start from RM 999. MPVs and 7-seaters carry a surcharge (RM 200) because they need more material and a third-row piece. Live prices are on the shop page.
Yes. The material does not absorb water, and the raised edge is designed to hold spills on the mat instead of letting them soak into your original carpet. After a flood, take the mats out, hose them down on both sides and dry them flat in the shade before putting them back. Because they hold no water inside the material, they can be washed and reused where a carpet mat usually has to be replaced.
The two layers come apart, and each is cleaned differently. Lift off the Tex-Mesh top layer and hose it down on both sides — it is built for exactly that, and it drains and dries quickly. The Eco-Leather base underneath wipes clean with a damp cloth; for anything stuck on, use a soft cloth with plain dish soap, then wipe the soap off. Avoid petrol, thinner or any solvent on either layer, which hardens the material and makes it crack. Dry both flat in the shade, never in direct sun. Only refit once everything is completely dry, because trapped damp underneath is what causes the smell.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs, if the set arrives faulty, is not what you configured because of an error on our side, or was damaged in transit. We assess it and then repair, remake or refund, and where the fault is ours we cover the return shipping. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Because each set is cut for one specific vehicle and cannot be resold, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on custom orders, except where Malaysian consumer law requires it — the refund policy sets out the full terms.
We cut and dispatch within 3 working days of your payment being confirmed, and email you the GDEX tracking number when the parcel is booked. Delivery time after that depends on GDEX and your address.
Yes — 3 years on the material and stitching, from delivery. If the Eco-Leather cracks or peels, the stitching comes apart or the mat loses its shape under normal use, we repair or replace it. Normal wear, cuts, burns and damage from solvents or misuse are not covered. Send your order number and photographs to claim; the refund policy sets out the full terms.
Almost always because water got underneath the mat and stayed there. The mat itself dries quickly, but the carpet below it does not, and that is where the smell develops. Lift the mats out, dry the floor underneath, and dry the mats separately before refitting. If the smell keeps returning, check the door seals and the air-conditioning drain — a mat cannot cause a leak, it only hides one.
Yes. The Eco-Leather is certified to EN 71-3, the European toy safety standard, in Category III: no dangerous heavy metals such as lead or mercury. It carries 0% formaldehyde and is 100% free of all 24 cancer-causing dyes restricted for skin contact. Tested by Sharp Standard Testing Technology (SST). In plain terms, the surface a child or a dog sits on has been tested to the standard used for toys.
The Eco-Leather is a solvent-free material with 0% formaldehyde, so it will not release toxic chemical smells in a cabin that has been parked in the sun. A new set can carry a faint material scent for the first few days, which airing the car clears. A smell that turns up later is almost always damp trapped underneath rather than the mat.
Two layers, doing different jobs. The base is Eco-Leather, a solvent-free protein leather: it is the waterproof shell that keeps water and mud off your original carpet, and it wipes clean. Over it sits Tex-Mesh, woven fibre with wear-resistant PVC, on the strip your shoes land on — it lifts out on its own, so the part that gets dirty is the part you rinse. Every set on the site is built this way; what changes from one to the next is the stitch pattern.
The Eco-Leather was run through a dry Martindale abrasion test to ISO 12947-2 and showed no wear at 100,000 rubs, checked at 20,000, 40,000, 60,000, 80,000 and 100,000. That is an abrasion test rather than a puncture or cut test, so it speaks to everyday scuffing from shoes rather than to sharp damage. Most of that scuffing lands on the Tex-Mesh layer, which is the one designed to be lifted out and rinsed.
